I listened to surah Rehman twice.each for 7 days for curing uterine fibrod, but no improvements. Perhaps I wz unable to listen to it with all its requirements

For little less problem twice a day for seven consecutive days.
And if no problem then once a day for seven consecutive days.
Method of listening:
take half glass of water with you and play the recitation, close your eyes and listen the recitation with greater focus and concentration.Once recitation is finished open eyes and take that half glass of water and again close your eyes and say Allah thrice in your heart and drink that water in three sips with closed eyes.
You have to drink water each after listening to surrah.
